Do I need a STATE Fishing license?
No Fishing license required
Where do I get a STATE Fishing license?
A South Carolina fishing license is required for individuals aged 16 years and older. Seperate saltwater and freswhater licenses are required depending on where you plan to fish and what fish species you seek to target. A license is not needed when fishing with a licensed charter captain in salt water.
